SERIES I & ID

As the original inventor of the progressive cavity pump
technology in 1930, PCM pump Series I & ID are available
in 316L stainless steel or GG25 cast iron body, rotor
in hard chrome plated steel, stainless steel or hardened
steel, single or double mechanical seal, and a wide range
of stators from -20 to 250 deg F in various materials,
standard ANSI or ISO connections. They are used in all
branches of industry where the products are viscous, abrasive,
heterogeneous, delicate and easily emulsified. Fields
of application include: chemical and petrochemical; sewage
treatment; paper industry; oil; mining; ceramics; food
and pharmaceutical; sugar refineries, etc.

SERIES IVA
|
|
The PCM Series IVA progressive cavity pumps are specially
designed to handle heterogeneous and highly viscous products
up to 1,000,000 cps. The IVA series is equipped with one
or two force feed screws and a wide throat inlet, and
is available in 316L stainless steel or GG25 cast iron,
rotor in hard chrome plated steel, stainless steel or
hardened steel, single or double mechanical seal, and
a wide range of stators from -20 to 250 deg F in various
materials. Standard ANSI or ISO discharge connections.
Fields of application include: chemical and petrochemical;
sewage treatment; paper industry; oil; mining; ceramics;
food and pharmaceutical; sugar refineries, etc.

SERIES H
|
|
The PCM Series H progressive cavity pumps are custom designed
for applications requiring stringent hygienic standard.
The H series uses a simplified flexible rod without joints,
which improves pump cleaning and eliminates pollution
such as lubricant leak or bacterial contamination. A cartridge
mounted mechanical seal removable through the back is
equipped in all H pumps, this allows servicing without
having to disassemble the entire pump, while maintaining
a high level of hygiene. Other features include design
to eliminate potential product retaining, CIP piping,
and design to allow pump sterilization using steam or
superheated water when not running. The H series is U.S.
3A approved. Applications include all food sectors such
as dairy and cheese processing, fruits, beverages, bakery,
confectionery, pastry, etc.

SERIES COMPACT
|
|
The PCM Series COMPACT offers 7 models of stainless steel
compact pumps that are custom designed for food and cosmetic
applications. Its compact construction incorporate numerous
original technical features and benefits. Unlike traditional
Moineau pumps with their stator bonded into a steel tube,
the COMPACT pump has a floating stator i.e. a stator without
a steel armature, attached at one end. The flexibility
obtained in this way, combined with an elastic coupling,
allows the eccentric rotor to move as it were floating.
Typical fields of application include food, cosmetic,
pharmaceutical, environment, materials, and other industries.
